What is Anji Bai Cha Tea?

Anji Bai Cha if said in English should be An Ji White Tea. It is called "white" tea although it is green tea. Anji is its original place, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. While white tea is named for its special tea bush species: Bai Ye No.1.
