What is Keemun Xiang Luo Tea?

Keemun is a famous Chinese black tea. First produced in the late 19th century, it quickly became popular in the West and is still used for a number of classic blends.

Keemun Black Tea Xiang Luo or Qimen Aromatic Snail is the now-famous tea of Qimen black tea, which has narrow, tightly twisted snail-shape black leaves. So it is called Xiang Luo (Aromatic Snail).

How to make Qimen Black Tea?

1.3g/150ml.3 grams of tea for every 150 ml of water

2. temperature about 90℃ (194℉)

3.infuse 2-3 minutes

4. steep 3-5 times is best

Recipe: This Qimen Tea tastes wonderful with or without milk or sugar, and goes exceptionally well with baked goods like bread, cakes, and muffins. It is often included as the main body of English Breakfast tea blends.
