What is Yunnan Dian Hong Black tea?

Dian Hong is the Black tea from Yunnan province,China. The word diān (滇) is the short name for the Yunnan region while hóng (紅) means "red (tea)"; as such, these teas are sometimes simply referred to as Yunnan red or Yunnan black.The Yunnan dian hong honey aroma has has lots of orange pekoe along the dry leaves, and brews up with an absolutely lovely rich taste and warm mouth feel, a gentle, sweet honey aroma and no bitterness.

Water: 150ml in temperature around 90℃

5 Steeps: rinse, 15s, 15s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s

Rinse time is around 5 seconds
